Pictured: Cellulose insulation is being applying to the walls of the Recycle City education classroom located at the City of Conway' Sanitation/Recycling Department  (labor was donated by Cochran and Sons Insulation).

In attics, loose cellulose insulation may be placed on top of other insulation for added insulation value.

Cellulose insulation helps create a market for recycled newsprint: it is said to help reduce noise levels, air infiltration, as well as providing other benefits. Energy costs are often better, especially when combined with thermal windows and good caulking, too. There is a lot of information on the internet to help you make the right choice for your home.
